nah, man. it's definitely the city
people are people, most of them are good. the natives are a little biased
but i hear things were still like this before the Creator took over a few years back

Oh. That's a little more unusual than I've ever seen before. People doing it with powers, that I've seen. Vampires doing it, mostly.

i mean yeah, sure. people can do that, too.

but that's the thing about being here. all those people are still here with lines down their necks or collars or whatever else they use to keep us down. it's not the people like overall

sure there's still shitty ones that add to it, but the power dynamic is like different

But aren't there still people at the top? The ones who brought us all here? That's still people being the ones in power, not the city itself. Unless you don't think there are people behind it? Someone had to have decided how things work here. If it's not the Creator, it's someone else.

that's the thing, no one seems to know.

the creator sort of pulls the strings, but the LIEr program has been in place before him, and no one really knows about the program, why it really exists. it's just this-- thing, a part of the city. no answers, no people. a force that just does shit to us
